West Well Park Luxury Park lodges are situated on plots, known as “Pitches”, on a privately owned estate. Our lodges have efficient double glazing and energy-efficient condensing boilers as standard. 

West Well park is for holiday use only, owners will benefit with 12 months access through out the year. Owners are asked to provide proof of a permanent address before they purchase their lodge.

Yes. Pre-owned lodges may come onto the market on our site eventually. These are considered private sales, and the agreement is transferred from the old owner to the new. The park owner will need to approve new purchasers although approval cannot be unreasonably withheld, without a valid reason being provided. If the lodge is less than 10 years old, the remaining part of its Gold Shield Warranty will be passed on to the new owner.

The beauty of a bespoke lodge is that it can be adapted to your own individual particular needs, being then fully accessible, the installation of ramps and handrails for access can be arranged.

Yes. Even though park lodges are erected off-site they have the appearance and feel of a traditional bungalow, with PVC glazed windows and decor tile roof. Our Lodges do not require painting.
